The Greatest Anime Series of All Time!!!

The popularity of anime around the world has created a lot of new series that some of us may find amusing, and others are disappointing. Growing up, anime has always been a part of my life and I have watched it ever since I can remember. This generation have witnessed how anime has evolved its graphics and style of animation to make it more appealing as the viewers grow larger and demands are higher.

A lot of anime can do good things, but only a few can become great. And being great carries out the name of the series and becomes a legacy to future generations. The list doesn’t include animated films, it’s purely animated series we watched on our televisions in the long run.

This list is in no particular order,I simply can’t choose between them because I love them all. If you have an anime you think deserves a spot on being the greatest, please share with us your own list :

If you grew up watching anime, there’s no way in the world you wouldn’t love DBZ. DBZ was like my invitation to the world of anime. You can never see any other anime that tried to imitate or reinvent what Dragon Ball Z has conquered around the world. It’s the greatest!

2. Naruto Series

Putting the animation aside since we don’t need to debate on how great it is, the storyline is perfect! It’s a realistic fantasy that all ages of anime fan can relate to. Ever since the beginning, the character development was always there which made fans love each and one of them, not only the protagonists.

3. One Piece

In terms of unique approach in the animation, One Piece was an anime fans was not used to at the beginning. The combination of comedy, adventure and action made One Piece unforgettable and the story was unlike any other.

4. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood‎

Flawless, breathtaking, and unique.What else can I say? Both the manga and anime never failed to make it successful that even the future generation can surely relate to.

5. Cowboy Bebop

Yes its a 1998 anime television, and yes the art style looks very old. But guess what? Anyone who watched anime and loved a full action and more mature approach will tell you why this deserves to be on the list. It’s one of the greatest, end of conversation.

6. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion

The most captivating anime I have ever watched. You simply couldn’t stop watching what happens next and when you’ve reached the ending, it will leave a mark on your mind forever.

7. Pokemon

Well, regardless of how awful they reinvented the animation of Pokemon, you can’t deny that you dream to become a Pokemon trainer someday. You, your future kids, and your future grand kids can relate to this anime.

8. Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack On Titan)

When everything else seems to show the same old storyline and characters, people are waiting for what more can anime offer to the table. And this is where Shingeki no Kyojin came in. Such an innovative anime that fits to what our future can become, it’s an anime that will give you “cruel but beautiful”.

9. Death Note

An intense masterpiece where you think you know what’s about to happen but you’re wrong. The plot is enthralling and drives you more deeper to the story that makes you want to see what happens next.

10. Sword Art Online

We can relate SAO to the advance technology of gaming we have today, the story is something you could imagine happening in the future. A lot of hates have come and go to this anime series but I just couldn’t agree why they hate it–but a lot loves it!
