Pokemon Go Players: Get Ready For A Trick-or-Treat This HALLOWEEN!

It’s the time of the year again for spooks and peek-a-boos! Halloween is just around the corner. And if you are planning to go out for a trick-or-treat, don’t forget to bring along your Pokemon buddy for a more exciting time outside with special rewards waiting for you. Starting October 26th to November 1st, Pokemon Go will have its first in-game seasonal event for all the players around the world.

Well, if you think of Halloween, which type of pokemons perfectly fit this event? Gastly, Gengar, Hunter, Zubats and Drowzee will keep you up all night because the chances of encountering these pokemons will be higher. In addition, it would be a lot more fun on Halloween if you have lots of candies, right? Pokemon Go will be giving away double rewards for catching new pokemons and transferring them to the professor.Trainers will earn six candies for each pokemon captured instead of three and two candies for every transfer. If you want to earn more than that, be sure to have the pokemon buddy set-up with you because you will earn four candies for your buddy pokemon instead of one!

The nature of the game is absolutely perfect for taking a stroll and trick or treat around the neighborhood with plenty of real candy to collect plus virtual candy to build up your reservoir for your pokemons. It’s a win-win treat for Halloween.

With the player-base of Pokemon Go dramatically decreasing over the past few months even with the new updates going on, this seasonal event will be a good time to make the players get back in the game, even for that short time of course.

Legendary pokemons like Mewtwo and Ditto are still out of sight, most players have thought that legendary pokemons will be available in the events but not in this one. This once a year event of the game is something you don’t want to miss! And don’t forget to dress up too. It’s Halloween!
