One Punch Man anime and manga became a huge hit worldwide and many people are curious on how our main protagonist Saitama became the bald superhero we all loved,especially how he got those fit body.The chances of becoming like “Saitama” is nowhere near being possible, but to be as fit as he is, you can! Oh sure, 100 pus-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run is easy. Does that sound insane for you? Yes, yes it does.. But it didn’t mean you have to do it in one go, all you got to do is learn and start slowly. Exercise is an act of repetition and self discipline, either you’re training for a marathon or just want to stay fit and healthy. All you have to do is embrace the hero within you, believe and achieve!

A 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) run is impossible for anyone, especially when you’re someone whose way out of shape. But you can do it by running 5 kilometers (3.1 miles), that’s half of what Saitama’s run. Start from walking and jogging alternately, until you can finally head straight into full jogging.Now that’s something you can definitely do!

The 100 push-ups? Easy. How? You may think bodybuilders are the only ones who can do it, you are wrong. Anyone does push-ups the wrong way at first. And doing it wrong can easily give you zero results and worst, you can hurt yourself. You can watch videos online for the proper positions in doing push-ups. To build up the 100 push-ups Saitama-style, start from 5-10 push-ups in three sets and rest in between, increase the number of push-ups per set until your body is already able to push for 100.How’s that for a motivation?

Now the sit-ups, time to build-up those abs! There’s a lot of different sit-ups you can do, all you have to remember is how to do them right. try switching it up by holding your legs off the floor, legs lay on the floor, or keep your legs at a 90 degree angle. And like the other routines, do it slowly starting with 25 sit-ups.

Squats, this exercise is a full body miracle routine, gives you that booty you’ve always wanted too. Everyone has a different anatomy so it is very challenging to do squats if you don’t keep in mind how your body adjust to this one.

  • Try to keep your feet on the floor
  • Press your lower back into the floor before you begin so when you sit up, you engage your abs
  • Keep your hands on your chest for easy lifting or behind your head for harder

Most people would tell you straight that doing Saitama’s training is impossible, but honestly, I’ve seen people actually do it. You don’t have to do it everyday, your body needs to rest too. Motivate yourself and believe you can do it. Trust me, these exercises will help you more than just a fit body.
