I would really wonder what place you live in if you haven’t heard about the full-blast craze going on all over the world about the latest game , Pokemon Go.


It may have been just released last month but the phenomenal augmented-reality game Pokemon Go did not only took over our lives but has also taken over the Guiness Book of World Records, with not one but FIVE world records was broken by the game.

1. Most revenue grossed by a mobile game in its first month!

If you are wondering how much Niantic’s generated revenue on the first month of release, its an astonishing $206.5 million ! Even after a staggered stages of releasing the game all over the world, Pokemon Go was truly the most awaited mobile game ever made this 2016.

2. Most downloaded mobile game in its first month

With an increasing number of 130 million times of downloads all over the world, Pokemon Go has officially taken over our mobile life. It’s just 10 million less than the current population of Russia! If people who lived in the mountains and isolated places have played the game, it will be a total domination. Although we may have to make an exceptions to the countries who banned the game.

Since its initial launch last 6th of July, 2016, Niantic’s Pokemon Go topped mobile download charts in 70 different countries simultaneously.
